As part of our cooking experience, we invite you to join us on a special market tour before each class. This tour will take you through vibrant vegetable markets, where you’ll get to see and learn about the fresh produce grown by local farmers in the surrounding countryside. These vegetables are carefully nurtured using traditional farming methods, ensuring that every bite is packed with flavor and nutrition.

In addition to vegetables, we proudly feature spices that are the cornerstone of Nepali cuisine. These spices aren’t just picked off a shelf – they’re homemade and locally grown. Our dedicated team of local women handpicks spices from the countryside, then processes and packages them in-house. From turmeric to cumin, coriander to fenugreek, each spice reflects the rich culture and natural beauty of rural Nepal.
